Orders


Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.


We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:


  • The product is unavailable
  • Payment is not authorised
  • There is an error in pricing or product information


If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

 

Shipping


Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.


Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations.


We are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been dispatched.


Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.


Returns & Refunds

 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.


Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.


Hijama Services

 

Hijama sessions are provided by appointment only.


Appointments must be requested through the booking form.


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an appointment where appropriate.


Clients must provide accurate health information prior to treatment.
