Each frame is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday).

You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has been shipped.

UK Delivery

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days.

Shipping is free.

Tracking details will be provided once dispatched.

Packaging

Each A2 frame is securely wrapped with protective corner guards and protective materials to prevent movement during transit.

Our frames use a lightweight acrylic front panel rather than glass, reducing the risk of damage during delivery.

Hijama Appointments

Hijama sessions are a service and do not require shipping. Booking confirmations are sent via email.
